- What is included in the server plans?
All plans include a dedicated server, server administration, firewall management, Cloudflare administration, and DDoS protection. The Gold plan also includes daily database and files backup.
- Where are your datacenters located?
We have servers in Finland, Netherlands, Germany, and the USA. You can choose the location closest to your users for optimal performance.
- Can I upgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade from Bronze to Silver or Gold at any time with zero downtime. We handle the migration for you.
- How does the custom solutions pricing work?
For services like Odoo ERP, n8n automation, web and mobile apps — we schedule a free consultation meeting to understand your needs, then provide a tailored quotation.
- Do you provide Odoo implementation from scratch?
Yes. We handle full Odoo deployment including installation, module configuration, custom development, data migration, and ongoing support.
- What kind of support do you offer?
All plans include 24/7 expert support via email and phone, plus free hardware replacement if any component fails.
- Is there a contract or setup fee?
No long-term contracts and no setup fees. All plans are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime.
- Can you manage our existing server?
Yes. We can take over administration of your existing infrastructure — including security hardening, Cloudflare setup, and ongoing monitoring.
